On Saturday, 11 October 2025, Esquire The Practice proudly marked the successful conclusion of its four-week Summer Legal Internship Program, an initiative designed to support and develop emerging legal talent.
The firm congratulates its three interns from the University of Jordan—Lina Al-Baik, Tala Kamal, and Jana Al-Kadri—for their dedication, professionalism, and intellectual curiosity throughout the program. During the internship, the participants gained practical exposure to legal research, drafting, and day-to-day legal practice, while working closely with the firm’s lawyers across various areas of law.
The program was made possible through the commitment of Esquire’s legal team, whose mentorship and willingness to share their expertise played a central role in shaping the interns’ experience. Their guidance reflected the firm’s belief in meaningful knowledge transfer and hands-on learning.
At Esquire The Practice, investing in young professionals is an integral part of our culture. We strive to create an environment where aspiring lawyers are encouraged to learn, grow, and feel a strong sense of belonging within the legal profession.
