ESQUIRE – Obeidat & Nabulsi Law Firm has formally announced the completion of a strategic merger between Esquire Law Firm, led by Managing Partner Akram Obeidat, and Laith M. S. Nabulsi Law Firm, establishing a newly expanded full-service corporate and litigation practice based in Amman, Jordan.
The merger brings together two established legal practices with complementary strengths in corporate, commercial, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory advisory, and litigation and dispute resolution. The combined firm operates under a unified structure designed to deliver integrated legal services to local, regional, and international clients.
Following the merger, the firm offers a broad range of services including corporate and commercial advisory, M&A, litigation and dispute resolution, startup and technology law, telecom and infrastructure projects, FIDIC and construction matters, foreign company representation, and compliance advisory.
The leadership team of the firm includes Akram Obeidat as Managing Partner and Laith Al-Nabulsi as Partner and Head of Corporate and Commercial Practice.
Commenting on the merger, Akram Obeidat stated that the integration strengthens the firm’s ability to deliver legal services with greater depth, efficiency, and precision.
